Refund Policy

In cases where we fail to provide services as per the agreement, we will be liable to refund for the said services under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase to be considered.
  • Refunds will only be issued for the portion of services that remain unused by the client.
  • The refund is subject to valid reasons for the unused services.
  • Claims will not be entertained without a plausible cause once the user accepts the service. Additionally, we will not be liable for refunds in force majeure or outages beyond our control.
  • Refund requests will typically be processed within 5 days of receipt. The refund, after deducting service tax and payment transaction charges, will be deposited into the client’s bank account.
  • All Pay-as-you-go (PAYG) subscriptions are non-refundable.
