Welcome to Tevatel. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Tevatel’s cloud communication solutions, services, website, software platforms, APIs, AI communication products, and related services. By accessing or using any Tevatel services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Tevatel provides cloud communication and customer engagement solutions including AI voice agents, AI chatbots, contact center software, cloud telephony systems, click-to-call solutions, WhatsApp Business API services, predictive dialers, CRM integrations, and other communication technologies for businesses.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should discontinue the use of our services immediately.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

  • “Company”, “Tevatel”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Tevatel and its associated services.
  • “Customer”, “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to any business entity, organization, or individual using Tevatel services.
  • “Services” means all cloud communication products, telephony services, APIs, AI solutions, software applications, dashboards, websites, integrations, and support services provided by Tevatel.
  • “Platform” means Tevatel’s software systems, communication infrastructure, dashboards, and APIs.
  • “Third-Party Services” means services, networks, applications, or integrations operated by external providers.

2. Scope of Services

Tevatel provides business communication and automation services through cloud-based infrastructure. Services may include:

  • Cloud telephony solutions
  • AI voice agents
  • AI chatbots
  • Call center software
  • Contact center solutions
  • WhatsApp Business API solutions
  • Predictive dialers
  • IVR systems
  • CRM integrations
  • Voice broadcasting
  • Call tracking and analytics
  • API-based communication services
  • Customer engagement automation

The availability of specific services may vary depending on business requirements, technical feasibility, telecom regulations, and regional availability.

Tevatel reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any service at any time without prior notice where necessary for operational, technical, security, or regulatory reasons.

3. Eligibility

Tevatel services are intended for business and commercial use only. By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to represent your business or organization.
  • You will use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The information provided to Tevatel is accurate and complete.
  • You will not use the services for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or harmful activities.

Tevatel does not provide open public account registration directly through the website. Access to services may be granted after consultation, onboarding, agreement approval, verification, or direct communication with the Tevatel team.

4. Service Access and Usage

Tevatel grants customers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use its services for internal business communication purposes only.

Customers shall not:

  • Resell or redistribute Tevatel services without written permission.
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or duplicate any part of the platform.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to Tevatel systems or infrastructure.
  • Use services for spam, phishing, robocalls, scams, or illegal marketing.
  • Interfere with platform performance or network security.
  • Misuse APIs or communication systems.

Tevatel may restrict or suspend access if abnormal usage, suspicious activity, misuse, or violations are detected.

5. Compliance with Laws

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of Tevatel services complies with all applicable laws, telecom regulations, privacy laws, advertising standards, and industry requirements.

This includes compliance related to:

  • Telecom regulations
  • Consent requirements
  • Data protection laws
  • Customer communication permissions
  • Marketing and promotional communication rules
  • WhatsApp and third-party platform policies
  • Recording and monitoring regulations

Tevatel acts as a technology and communication platform provider and shall not be responsible for customer-generated content, campaigns, or communication activities.

6. KYC and Verification

Customers may be required to submit business verification documents, KYC information, company registration details, GST details, identity proof, address proof, and related compliance documents before activation of certain services.

Tevatel reserves the right to:

  • Verify customer information
  • Request additional documents
  • Suspend pending activations
  • Reject service requests
  • Disable services for incomplete or invalid verification

Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Payment Terms

Customers agree to pay all applicable service charges, subscription fees, setup costs, usage fees, telecom charges, taxes, and applicable government levies associated with Tevatel services.

Payment terms may vary depending on:

  • Service plans
  • Billing models
  • Usage-based pricing
  • Contract agreements
  • Enterprise requirements

Late payments may result in:

  • Service suspension
  • Limited platform access
  • Delayed support
  • Permanent termination of services

All payments made to Tevatel are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Tevatel reserves the right to revise pricing, service fees, or billing structures at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

Tevatel services may integrate with third-party platforms including telecom operators, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business services, AI systems, payment gateways, and cloud providers.

Tevatel is not responsible for:

  • Downtime caused by third-party providers
  • External API failures
  • Telecom operator disruptions
  • Platform policy changes
  • Third-party software issues
  • Service interruptions beyond Tevatel’s control

Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and policies of those providers.

9. Service Availability

Tevatel aims to provide reliable and uninterrupted services. However, uninterrupted service availability cannot be guaranteed.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Telecom network issues
  • Software upgrades
  • Server downtime
  • Internet disruptions
  • Force majeure events
  • Security incidents

Tevatel may perform maintenance activities to improve platform performance, security, or stability.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform designs, software, technology, trademarks, branding, content, APIs, dashboards, logos, documentation, and communication systems remain the exclusive property of Tevatel or its licensors.

Customers shall not:

  • Copy or reproduce platform materials
  • Use Tevatel branding without permission
  • Create derivative products
  • Claim ownership of Tevatel technology

Use of Tevatel services does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

11. Customer Data and Privacy

Customers retain ownership of their business data, customer information, and communication content processed through Tevatel platforms.

By using Tevatel services, customers authorize Tevatel to process, store, transmit, and manage data necessary for providing communication services.

Tevatel takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer information. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Obtaining user consent
  • Maintaining lawful data collection practices
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Managing internal access permissions

Customers should avoid sharing sensitive confidential information through unsecured communication channels.

12. Acceptable Use Policy

Customers shall not use Tevatel services for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent communication
  • Harassment or abuse
  • Spam campaigns
  • Unauthorized robocalls
  • Phishing activities
  • Fake promotions
  • Misleading advertisements
  • Malware distribution
  • Violating telecom or privacy regulations

Tevatel reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for violations without prior notice.

13. AI and Automation Services

Certain Tevatel services may include AI-powered automation, AI voice agents, AI chatbots, predictive systems, or automated workflows.

Customers acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be fully accurate.
  • Human review may still be required.
  • Automated systems depend on training inputs and integrations.
  • Tevatel does not guarantee business outcomes or decision accuracy from AI systems.

Customers remain responsible for reviewing automated communication workflows and outputs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tevatel shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Revenue loss
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of data
  • Customer disputes
  • Missed business opportunities
  • Third-party failures
  • Telecom disruptions
  • Delayed communications

Tevatel’s total liability related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected services during the previous billing cycle.

15. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tevatel, its employees, partners, directors, and affiliates against claims, damages, losses, penalties, liabilities, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of services
  • Violation of laws
  • Unauthorized communication activities
  • Customer-generated content
  • Regulatory violations
  • Third-party disputes

16. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding business information, technical data, pricing, customer records, operational processes, and proprietary information shared during service usage.

Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law, regulatory authorities, or authorized agreements.

17. Suspension and Termination

Tevatel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services at its discretion if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments remain overdue
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Regulatory requirements demand suspension
  • Security risks are detected
  • Misuse of communication systems occurs

Customers may also discontinue services subject to applicable contractual obligations and payment settlements.

Upon termination, access to services, dashboards, APIs, and associated communication resources may be discontinued.

18. Force Majeure

Tevatel shall not be liable for delays or service failures caused by events beyond reasonable control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Telecom failures
  • Cyber attacks
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Labor disputes
  • War or emergencies

19. Modifications to Terms

Tevatel may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will become effective upon publication on the website.

Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
