Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction. This policy explains your options for cancellations, refunds, and plan changes when using Tevatel's services.

Overview

Tevatel (operated by Nidoos Techsolutions Pvt. Ltd.) offers cloud communication, AI-powered telephony, and customer engagement services on subscription-based and usage-based pricing models. This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription plans, add-ons, and professional services purchased through Tevatel.

By subscribing to or using any Tevatel service, you agree to the terms described in this policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Tevatel subscription at any time by contacting our support team or through your account dashboard (if applicable).

  • Monthly plans: Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until that date.
  • Annual plans: Cancellations submitted before the annual renewal date will prevent auto-renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
  • Usage-based services: You may stop using the service at any time. Charges for consumed usage within a billing period are non-refundable.

Tevatel reserves the right to suspend or terminate service for accounts that violate our Terms of Service, with or without prior notice.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service unavailability: If a documented service outage attributable to Tevatel exceeds the uptime SLA specified in your service agreement, you may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing system error, you are entitled to a full refund of the overcharged amount.
  • New subscriptions (7-day window): Customers who cancel a newly purchased subscription within 7 calendar days of the initial purchase date — and who have not made significant use of the service — may request a refund. Approval is at Tevatel's discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Consumed usage charges (calls, messages, API calls, storage)
  • Setup fees and onboarding charges
  • Completed professional services or consulting engagements
  • Add-on credits or top-ups that have been partially or fully consumed
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of the billing period start
  • Annual plan fees after 7 days of the subscription start date
  • Purchases made under special promotional or discounted pricing
  • Third-party services or integrations billed through Tevatel

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription, please use one of the following methods:

  • Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] from your registered email address.
  • Contact form: Submit a cancellation request through our Contact Us page.
  • Phone: Call our support team at +91 82444 73444 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 6 PM IST).

Please include your account name, registered email address, and the reason for cancellation in your request. Cancellations are typically processed within 2 business days of receiving your request.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us within 30 days of the charge date.

  • Email your refund request to [email protected]
  • Include your invoice number, account details, and reason for the request
  • For billing errors, attach any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, transaction IDs)

All refund requests are reviewed by our billing team. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and communicate our decision within 7 business days.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days of approval. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution:

  • Credit/Debit card: 5–10 business days
  • Bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS): 3–7 business days
  • UPI: 1–3 business days
  • International wire transfer: 7–14 business days

Free Trial Policy

Where Tevatel offers a free trial or proof-of-concept (PoC) period, no charges are applied during that period. You may discontinue use at any time before the trial ends without any obligation or charge.

At the end of the trial, your account will be converted to a paid subscription only if you explicitly choose to do so. Tevatel does not auto-charge accounts at the end of a free trial without your explicit consent and agreement.

Plan Changes & Upgrades

  • Upgrades: When you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the billing period based on the new plan price.
  • Downgrades: Downgrading to a lower plan takes effect at the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for the difference in the current cycle.
  • Add-ons: Add-on purchases are non-refundable once activated.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.

Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in suspension of your Tevatel account while the dispute is under review. If a chargeback is found to be unwarranted, you may be responsible for any associated fees.
